Energy Management Resources has become a Preferred Provider of energy procurement services for Choice Hotels franchisees. It is our experience that hotel properties with 75 rooms or more consume enough energy to warrant "shopping" for a new provider, depending on which state you are located in and the utility that serves you.

If you have properties RIGHT NOW in one of the States in blue, you may have the choice to shop for your energy supplier!

You may also be in a market that provides a choice in your gas supply. In order to help save costs on your Natural Gas purchases, you would need to use at least 10,000 Dth or Mcf's annually before EMR would be able to help.
